We work hard to meet your Idaho real estate education
needs. Here are some of the reasons to take classes from us:

Avoid the long trip to Boise.
Our primary classroom is in Idaho Falls. We also do Idaho CE classes
throughout Eastern Idaho. Our classes save you the 4-5 hour trip all
the way to Boise.

CE classes around the region. We offer Idaho continuing
education courses in places like Teton Valley, Bear Lake, Salmon, Sun
Valley, etc.

A variety of courses. We
offer Idaho new agent pre-licensing, broker licensing and continuing
education courses.

Regular, consistent schedules. Several
entities offer courses in the region but on an erratic, irregular
schedule. We offer Idaho CE courses every month, new agent classes
usually twice a quarter and broker classes on demand. No one in the
area offers as many classes as we do.

Highly rated instructors. After every
class, students get a chance to evaluate their experience. Our primary
instructor consistently gets excellent marks. And, our other
instructors get equivalent scores.

Unique materials. In many of our
courses, our instructors provide handouts that are not available anywhere
else in Idaho.

Exam prep class. We offer a
course to help you pass your Idaho new agent or broker exam.

An Idaho Real Estate Commission-certified education provider. We
maintain a provider license with the Idaho Commission.

All attendees reported to the Idaho Real Estate Commission.
After each class, we submit our attendance rolls to the Commission so
that they can be added to your record. Please note: You
still must keep your certificate in case your record is not updated!
