Estate Module 1 is the prerequisite for Module 2. Both are
required for an Idaho real estate license. Module 2 focuses
on the regulatory structure for Idaho real estate, real estate
terminology, real estate math, and includes an array of issues
including how property is held, community property, Idaho agency
law, title research, liens and much, much more. Course includes an
exam. Need a calculator.

Estate Module 2 is designed for real estate students that have
completed Module 1 and are working towards becoming a licensed real
estate agent in Idaho. Students should have a basic understanding of
the fundamental concepts of real estate ownership. Module 2 is a
hands on and practical included completing forms, negotiating a
contract and marketing a listing. You will get hands-on experience
with closing statements by a local title company so you will
better understand the real estate sales process. Course includes an
exam. Need a calculator. HP10bll
