4 credits. Court cases, bills passed by
Idaho Legislature and Hot Topics components: 1) What your
designated broker wants you to know 2) IREC investigative
process 3) Agency video and discussion. Can use as an elective if
you've taken Core previously in your licensing period.
4 credits. Real
estate sales includes all kinds of potential risks: Agency
duties, contract drafting mistakes, failure to disclose, agent
safety, communication errors, regulatory pitfalls, etc. The
purpose of this course is to sensitize your to some of your
risks and discuss methods of minimizing them.
