BM001: Real Estate Brokerage
Management

| Credits: 24. This is
one of the two required classes for an Idaho broker's license
and can be used for CE elective credit if you desire.
Topics include requirements to establish a brokerage & obtain a
broker's license, marketing, recruiting, Idaho agency, Idaho's
disciplinary procedure, business planning, supervision duties
and managing a trust account. Includes the BCOO course. Includes
required materials.
Funding for the delivery of this course has been provided by
the Idaho Real Estate Commission through an award of Education
Funds collected from civil penalty fine money pursuant to Idaho
Code 54-2059(4). This course is available to all Idaho
licensees. |

FI001: Real Estate Finance

Financing is critical to a successful real estate practice. This
course covers loan types, loan instruments, institutions and
various finance problems. Counts towards an Idaho broker
license. Required text included. But, student must have an HP
10bii calculator. Multiple choice exam required.

LW001: Real Estate Law
Monday - Thursday, February 6th - 9th

estate practice is intertwined with the law. Covers general legal
principles of contract law, real estate law and related matters.
Will learn legal doctrines and review Idaho court cases. This is one
of the required courses for an Idaho Broker license. Required text
included. Multiple choice exam required.
